Third grade is hosting a popcorn day on Friday, January 11th. Please send money in an envelope or baggie marked with your child's name, the name of the classroom teacher, and the number of bags being ordered. The cost is fifty cents per bag.

Harmon will be partnering with the St. Clair Shores Police Department for the "Cops for Kids" Program. New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off in the Harmon office. The St. Clair Shores Police will pick up the toys and distribute them to local families. This program will run from November 26 - December 19.
Students in grades K - 4 will be having a vocal music Holiday Concert on Thursday, December 13 at 7:00 PM. The concert will be held in the auditorium at Lakeview High School.
Harmon will once again be collecting nonperishable canned and boxed goods for the Goodfellows. The Goodfellows help to make sure local families have food for the holidays. Nonperishable food items will be collected from November 26 - December 14.
Santa Shop is open Tuesday and Wednesday, December 11 and 12, as well as for a short amount of time on Thursday, December 13. Notes and shopping envelopes have already been sent home with students.
Mrs. Fenn will be meeting with the Science Olympiad students and their parents. Students will be paired with events for the competition. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, December 12 at 6:00 PM in Mrs. Fenn's classroom.
Mrs. Fenn will be hosting a Science Olympiad Open House for students and their parents in third, fourth, and fifth grade. This is an opportunity for students and their parents to get to know about Science Olympiad events.

School will dismiss at 11:25 AM on Wednesday, November 21st. There will be no school on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd. Enjoy your Thanksgiving break!
Our Annual Fall Parent & Teacher Conferences will take place on Wednesday evening, November 14th and well as Thursday afternoon and evening, November 15th. Teachers will be contacting families to let you know how to set up your conference date and times.
